Interesting product but unrealistic managers - Engineer Invert Robotics Employee Review

The robots and spin off projects are exciting. Current production product is stable. Facilities for physical testing.

Poor culture and management decisions. Production level product lacks ability to grow and little resources seem to be spent on bettering it. This resulted in stale state of apparent company growth. Spin-off projects are poorly managed and clients expectations aren't kept in check. Lack of remote working days for software developers. Micromanaging is a problem. People who shout the loudest get the most reward.

The technology and target markets are interesting and the team are diverse and knowledgable

The company is trying to enter some pretty challenging markets and doesn't seem to have the financial backing to achieve it.
