We are disappointed to learn that someone on our team felt that they were not an important part of the organization. We believe that private equity is an apprenticeship business where the firm only wins if everyone on the team can participate, learn, grow and contribute to our mutual success. As such, we hope everyone at the firm works to learn every day while taking on new challenges starting with our Analysts and up through our Partners. We expect our Analysts to grow with us and be in a position to move up at Inverness or set themselves up for great things down the road given their experience at Inverness Graham.
