Pros
This organization sucks you in once you're here because culture is such an important component of it. I get to work with exceptionally talented people that are passionate about what we do here and are excited to come to work every day. The Senior Management is cohesive, charismatic, visionary, and philanthropic about where the company is headed and it's mission statement. They embrace transparency in the workplace by incentivizing employees with bonuses that tie into the overall financial health of the organization. They are also incredibly fun individuals who make the office vibe light and friendly.
Cons
Because of the relative newness of the company, processes are still being defined. The good news is that Leadership is receptive to new ideas being implemented.
