      Very good company. Extremely good work / life balance and culture in the company. People are respected as individuals and personal growth is a big focus. Product is pretty good too!

      Everyone is very nice and friendly, it makes it overall a nice place to work, very cool product with a lot of potential to make a difference.

      Cons

      The company has been struggling financially for several years. In addition to financial difficulties, there have been flawed over-hiring practices which have contributed to regular rounds of redundancies over the last 36 months.
