Pros

Engaged in new technology, completely autonomous, can be good, can be bad, on the bad side, you're never sure if your management team is supportive or not, basically guessing at what's best for the team and customer.

Cons

The managers are content-centric and techie, meaning they don't know how to manage people very well or coach them to better expectations. The last thing you want to know is your performance is not satisfactory the day they are letting you go.

Pros

Working at Inventec was a good learning experience, especially for developing strong customer service and communication skills. The role helped me improve my ability to manage multiple tasks, respond to customer inquiries professionally, and collaborate with internal teams. Processes were generally well-structured, and expectations were clear. It was a good environment to gain experience in a corporate and global company setting.

Cons

The workload could be demanding at times, particularly during busy periods, and flexibility was limited. Like many customer service roles, the work could become repetitive, and opportunities for growth within the role were somewhat limited.
