I did a 5-month internship with the company. Pros include high respect for safety which is obviously the first priority. Various projects and equipment that provide learning opportunities. Location being close to city makes it convenient although that is really not the most important. Good support from the engineers.

Work is repetitive which is probably typical for laboratory based work.

Boss is a typical swiss, know nothing about chemistry, cheapskate and arrogant, offer low pay but expect staff to work day and night, always need to do overtime when got projects.
