Invensys Controls is the result of the purchase of several companies, most of these companies had little synergy with each other. Quickly Invensys starting cutting products lines so now they have mostly only a few tired old products. The possibility for career opportunities is about zero. As the company has contracted the politics became rife with a culture of bullying and people trying to sabotage other employees. I suppose the disappointing thing is that the people doing the bullying were the ones to rise through the organisation. Invensys controls is one company to avoid.
