Pros
One of the best parts of Invennt is the people, everyone genuinely wants you to succeed and they have systems in place to make sure you have the facilities to progress in your skills and develop new interests. From the top down everyone is there to help one another and this is a feeling I had from my first week until my last day, two years later.
Cons
As it is a small team, you won't receive year on year title promotions but they set out clear paths of what is achievable and realistic timeframes.
