Good working atmosphere, amazing people, family friendly company. I have been working at.onvenias for just over a year now and it is the third company in this sector I have worked for. This is head a shoulders above the others. I have never worked for a company that I actually look forward to going to every day. All of the staff and friendly, outgoing and everyone pulls together in the same direction. The execs are possibly the most open door and approachable I have ever dealt with. I think I made the best decision of my working life.

Apart from the air con not working on the 5th floor of the office I have nothing bad to say.

Invenias has an incredibly open working environment; it is very easy to approach the executive team and they ensure that you feel appreciated and trusted. Everyone is working together towards a common goal and you feel very much a valued part of the team - it is really rewarding to work here. The culture is absolutely amazing and it makes coming to work on a Monday morning a pleasure rather than a chore. We are like a family, and work socials feel like spending time with a big group of friends.

Honestly none - the best culture I've experienced within a company and I feel very lucky to have been given the opportunity to work here.
