Pros
I love my job with Invenergy. I have been here for a few years now and the growth opportunities are what you would expect for a growing company, plenty. The people are awesome and truly care about renewable energy. There is never a dull moment in the office.
Cons
Leadership does not listen to its employees! How do you expect to maintain your competitive edge in the market by paying under market wages and forcing your employees to come in 5 days a week with little to no office amenities? I am unimpressed with how the company is run from the top-down. There should be more communication from the bottom-up to balance this out.
