      Great company, great people, you’ll learn a lot and touch a lot. The work is challenging and interesting, and you’re given space to grow.

      Cons

      It can be a lot of work sometimes. Everyone is stretched very thin, and it can be typical to work 60 hour weeks. The benefits kinda suck.

      Great people, direct managers who care, lots of experience to lean on and SMEs who are qualified

      Cons

      Senior leadership is very far removed from the majority of employees, blanket decisions like a less flexible WFH policy are made company wide instead of addressing specific teams, low opportunity for promotions, lower than average salaries
