      The people! Some of the best people you will ever work with & for. The benefits including amazing 401k match, great medical & dental, Summer Hours, Work from home opportunities , work/life balance, family-friendly company, and continuing to improve!

      Cons

      Vacation Time/Sick time could be improved a bit just to keep up with the current trends of newer companies but by no means are they bad

      Amazing culture of honest kind people who are willing to help even if it's not within their scope.

      Because of "awkward" company size of over 100, upward mobility doesn't happen quite as frequently as mega-corporations.
