Pros
I wouldn't consider this a pro, but minimal company interaction.
Cons
No benefits - PTO, but you can't carry much over and they won't cash out anything left when you leave. No 401k contribution, no contribution to health insurance or anything else - their healthcare offering was more expensive than COBRA, so I kept that. The only model I saw was staff augmentation and no real company identity. Frequent "mandatory" security reviews with the threat of firing if you missed it. They provided a laptop but it was locked down so tight it was barely usable without a ticket - Citrix updates needed one, peripherals needed one, etc. Seriously, I could only recommend them if the market is tight as an option to take while looking for a better offer.
