Pros
I enjoy the people I work with all of them are friendly and hard working. Company is thoughtfully run and generally find that there's a lot of opportunity to have an impact.
Cons
As far as I am aware most positions are contract. Any in person meetings are largely employee organized and I believe mainly paid for by employees.
