They are open to diversity, people from all around the world because they know they will give them the least money they can
Cons
Having worked from home once I got put as off sick with their excuse "if you are fit for work you should be in the office" - no chance to work from home managers are micro management promotion after you close 30+ deals no organisational culture, is all about deals if you are late for 5 minutes you get told they promise a lot of things to new comers and after things change for example commission no training is provided, they throw you in deep water from day one
