As an Intuita's data science academy graduate, I can say that I'm honored to work here. People are really nice, resourceful and helpful. There are many benefits here.

Not sure that are any.

- Lots of Opportunities to work on different skills and technologies - An increasing number of employees with broad skillsets to learn from - Good communication throughout the organisational hierarchy - Everyone gets along and no difficult people to work with - No painful internal politics - Close relationship with clients - Degree of flexibility with hours - Great work/life balance

- The fast moving nature of being a small company is often a blessing but can be a curse if the demand/resource balance is off - The close relationship with clients can mean the ad hoc request can pile up but this can usually be managed by escalating internally
