Pros
Entire arena is APP based for frictionless experience. No cash arena, no cashiers, grab n go souvenirs, food. Tech functions well when all I's are dotted and all t's are crossed.
Cons
Not many folks are prepared for the tech reliance the arena holds and so arrive slightly unprepared, resulting in delays and frustrations to themselves and other guests who are in turn waiting to enter arena or stands.
