      Good salary for Italian standard. A very comfortable place to work. Skilled colleagues, you learn a lot. Challenging projects. Many growth initiatives: guilds, conferences, meetup. 1000€ every year to go to conferences. Hybrid work allowed.

      Cons

      Some projects can be tough, some old technologies and other constarints makes the work harder.
