Pros
Employee ownership is at the core of the way Intrust operates. There's a lot of energy spent discussing how to make life better for not only our clients, but our employees and community as well! My favorite thing, however, is that I haven't come across anyone who isn't incredibly down to earth and that isn't genuinely interested in taking care of their clients!
Cons
As with any job in technology, this field can be stressful and fast-paced. There's always a new challenge to tackle or someone to take care of! For me, that's what gets me going in the morning, for some, it can be a bit to adjust to.
