      Pros

      Is a job but once you are in you will find some friendly people and some that won't even look at you.

      Cons

      You are a fly in the wall to leadership. Constantly looking for outside solutions to for inside problems. I leather where to do their job take a decision and go for it. Pretty sure the team of talented people would make it happen. Yet they continue to ignore in house knowledge and advise.
