There used to be many, now there are very few, chief among which are the people although there are fewer genuine people left working there now and many more that would actively work against you.
Cons
There are many that have appeared in the last 18 months. The main issues are around vision, leadership and culture. Vision wise, as far as anyone can tell, there is none. Decisions are made in a vacuum, with nothing articulated to the workforce, no contributions asked for… most people are just blindly carrying on unmotivated as the job market is so poor. Leadership present themselves as open and caring yet this latest band of sub-par leaders parachuted in by the PE masters that own Introhive have made more people redundant than at any point in the company’s history… as a result, fear of job loss infects all areas of the business which combined with the vision less stance and toxic self interested people leads to a sullen, malfunctioning, self interested workforce counting down the days until they can get out. Finally culture is nonexistent, regular all hands calls do nothing to bring people together (cameras always off)) and once a year everybody is brought together in Fredericton where no vision is articulated, and very little leadership is on display. It is a crying shame how far this company has fallen… if you value your mental health, avoid at all costs.
