Pros
I originally joined because I loved the product. It does what it says well and you have 100% trust in the after sales / CSM team to deliver - which is important when you're selling it. Excellent client retention rates, a strong product road-map and an experienced leadership team give you much comfort for the future.
Cons
Back end of 2019 we lost some focus on which markets to sell into first. This was recognised quickly and we have now doubled down on key industries and geographies. Clearer team and role alignment has made a big difference
