Great people in R&D Dedicated and committed Leadership is renewed and have advanced non traditional method. Authority is given, accountability is felt. Some not so fit folks are exited or self selected out.
Cons
Slow in strategic development. Late reaction to or maybe not strong and bold action in the market. Lost couple of good folk along the way. The sense of family culture is hit for sure. Catching up on weak operational execution in GTM, ...
