-I've done door to door in the past with other companies versus what I do now with Events Marketing and it's so much better. -More commission opportunities to make extra income.

I would prefer working part-time.

Starting this position was a risky career move for me because I have come from a medical field. My experience with the firm was surprising. I have learned and gained skills professionally and personally. The one on one mentor-ship was more than expected. The energy, passion and commitment the team has, have helped me rekindle passions I was always scared to get involved with. The team, the mentor-ship, the atmosphere, the learning opportunity has made me a more confident person overall. I enjoyed that management gave members on the team a lot of ownership to plan their own schedules and workdays. This is also a double edged sword. A small percentage of individuals did not spend their time wisely so that would result with them having a negative outlook. The beauty of this was how it created a work environment where people have to strive to be detail oriented and accountable for themselves. I have to say I learned so much about myself even though this was not my ultimate career destination.

The parking was always very difficult to find during the morning hours. Suggestion box would be great too!
