Pros
The company culture is great, there is autonomy to day-to-day decisions, and nice team collaboration for long-term decisions such as architecture. As a Brazilian to a part of Intricately is more than a career opportunity, to be in contact with other cultures and chat with people from another place is an awesome opportunity for self-development. Also, the salary is good and the company helps to receive it in Brazil by a partnership with Brazilian companies to easily convert dollars to Brazilian reais.
Cons
Some pieces of the codebase are not so nice, and we are facing some trouble to organize the ideas to continuously solve them. Also, things not related to code, such as infrastructure are a little bad and I cant see that changing in short or mid time.
