Pros
Part of a big bank so the package is good. Pretty structured environment. Central location.
Cons
Run (I can't say led or managed because it is neither) by people with very odd puppeteers as their masters. It should not really be part of CIBC and suffers as the ugly stepchild in terms of being misunderstood and ignored by the owner.
