- No HR department meaning there is no one to turn to when there are HR-related issues - Revolving door of employees. I saw many people come and go in the relatively short time I was there - If you enjoy an environment that fosters favoritism and show ponies, you'll love it here! - - They style themselves as a fair and safe workplace, but that was not my experience - No performance reviews (maybe they have them now but I never got one) - No diversity, and there was seemingly zero interest in improving on this when I was there - "Unlimited" leave policy: there is supposed to be no limit, but you may get negative feedback if you take "too much" leave
