I was a fan of the book club that company owner, Marco, developed. He is very involved in the development of the entire team. Whether it was daily podcasts, books, conference calls or anything similar. He makes sure everyone feels both appreciated and like they have a say in the company. He teaches his team how to be the best leaders that they can become. He always asks how he can help in reaching goals and helping set bigger goals whether it's daily or weekly.

Once in a while I had to commute over half an hour and with me not having a car it got challenging when I was not able to carpool.
