      Pros

      Good people in the department I was in but management was bad

      Cons

      Management will fire you if they don't like you or if they see you as a person with a medical issue and have to have accomodations. Hours are long I once worked from 8am to 11:00pm and didn't even get a thank you. Will work Monday - Saturday too sometimes.

      IntraPack is a great place to work at. The environment and work culture is very family oriented.

      Great people in the department but management messes up.

      Cons

      No any promotion and lack of systematic management, lay off people very often.
