      There are no Pro's in this company !

      Cons

      There is zero growth Everyone is trying to stab each other in the back The culture is " every man for them selves" Cut throat environment If you don't fit in with the cool kids you are next on the chopping block Its a revolving door. You get hired and within two years you're gone ! Don't waste your time Management doesn't care about the people at the bottom You are not valued as an employee More than Half of the employees here are uneducated (including management) ! If you are educated and talented KEEP LOOKING ! You are expected to bend over backwards and be a slave with no appreciation ! This is a terrible place to work !

      Pros

      Vacation and Benefit packages (although taking time off hurts you more than helps and there is no time for routine dr visits), Some employees are great to work with.

      Cons

      - Sr. Management is out of touch with their employees and does not properly support their needs (workload, support staff, training). - The belief here is more about band-aids to quickly hide a problem vs. investing in proper solutions - Payscale seems way off. No consistency based on level, experience, etc. The money is for the people that scream the loudest. - People are promoted to manager without the proper experience or training - mostly based on convenience. In sharp contrast, some are kept in the same role/level for years without growth.
