      Pros

      IntraHealth had supportive managers and paid fairly. I enjoyed the variety in my role and enjoyed working with the other staff.

      Cons

      The main thing I didn't enjoy about my role was the lack of instructions at the beginning.

      Flexible with working time. No major pressures.

      Cons

      Poor middle to senior management, management would never take or ask advice from pharmacy staff. Basically, management always thought they knew best and they loved their job titles, eg, I’m the Superintendent or Director. This can be a recipe for disaster in relation to successful growth.
