      Thank you for the review. As a family-owned company for over 40 years, everyone realizes that there is a work-life balance, and management always allows for time and energy to be allocated to those times when "real life" needs your extra attention. All levels of management have an open-door policy, so if you or anyone else has an issue regarding work hours, rate, etc., you can always talk to someone about your concerns. The last two years in particular have been difficult on everyone, at work and in their personal lives. But with open communication, most, if not all issues can be resolved.

      Pros

      Good "starter" job for anyone who wants to get their foot in the door and doesn't mind working over time. They do hire within the company and give opportunities to further your knowledge.

      Cons

      Very cliquey, especially throughout the women, including the HR/partial owner of the company, this makes it very uncomfortable to address issues. Pays low wages but lets you make up for it with extreme over time, this makes it hard to balance work and family life . Also, a very untrusting atmosphere, you get the feeling someone is always looking over your shoulder.
