Pros
100% fully remote. Flexible schedule. People you are selling to are required to have the device, just a matter of which company they choose. Pay is good and can be amazing if you are a top performer.
Cons
Their time off system is not great. 17 days off a year is below the industry standard for this type of work. Mandatory overtime needs to go. Weekend schedules need issued earlier. They cancelled MLK day time off, rough.
