Pros
The Company does a great job putting their employees first. You can tell in all decisions that employees are considered. That doesn't mean that everything is exactly how each employee would prefer, but a lot of things are really focused on creating a great employee experience. Also great mission and values.
Cons
VERY fast-pace and sometimes a little hectic. Sometimes a little to reactive.
