-Intown Golf advertises itself as modern and inclusive, but operates on favoritism, fear, and selective accountability. Back of house staff largely people of color, cycle in and out, while favored front of house employees are protected. -Management gossips about employees and creates a hostile environment. -I experienced extreme stress, compensation issues, and was ultimately fired without warning or explanation. -If you value fair treatment and mental well-being, especially as a person of color, I recommend looking elsewhere.
