You are always given ample opportunity to learn new things, and shape your role to be what you want it to be. If on the other hand you want someone to train you without you taking initiative - this is not the place for you. If you are driven and show enthusiasm - you will be recognised and you will be given more responsibility. Very good salary, opportunities to change and grow your role, flexible working hours if you work hard and make up the time. The team are great, competent, good banter and friendly.

Company operations are still a work in progress, but the team have opportunities to define processes themselves. Not for someone looking for an easy 9-5, things will not be handed to you - you have to use your own initiative.
