Pros

On-site gym Decent canteen non-managerial staff are nice (if they are still there)

Cons

- Quick to get rid of people - Senior Management is terrible - CEO bullies employees - especially during global pandemics. Messaging employees with threats to return to the office. Sacking those that don't comply because 'shielding' or living with those that do, is not a valid excuse. There are many things that can be said about working here, and many that have already been said by reviews that have had attempts made to be discredited by an influx of overly-positive reviews. In my honest opinion, Intouch Games is probably a nice place to work depending on the managerial structure above you. Those in favoured departments seem to get on alright. However my experience was in the front end department, specifically Product QA. Where a lot of employees were either sacked for trivial reasons or threatened with private prosecution, without clear evidence of any wrong doing. A chunk of my department were told they were at risk of redundancy near the end of a busy week - no surprise they all took voluntary redundancy and walked out, never to return. I would suggest anyone working here or planning on it, do the same.

Pros

Some lovely people used to be there which made a nice work environment. Gyms ok, canteens nice

Cons

The shift in the company over the last few years, particularly since covid was horrible. People are scared of the boss and sadly that's a bullying and intimidating atmosphere to work in.
