Pros

Occasionally you'll find some nice colleagues, and you'll get paid on time.

Cons

Where to begin with this one? Since COVID-19, this company appears to be scrambling, making cuts from every team and leaving those left behind as nervous as a Hunger Games character at a reaping - wondering if they'll be called into a meeting next. No department has been safe from the panic-trim the pandemic seems to have wrought, with cuts being made from the Art to Marketing departments and more. The lack of loyalty to it's staff alone in a time of crisis should tell you all you need to know. This company appears to not only overlook the staff it currently has by resisting promotions and pay-rises, but also sees them as replaceable - as evidenced by their always-open adverts and all-round attitude. Add in the CEO's aggressive messages to multiple staff-members on Slack threatening redundancy and/or firing if you're uncomfortable immediately returning to the office (despite health conditions), combined with the general attitude of some managers and teams, and you're in for one toxic and stifling environment. They try to lure you in with perks, but they're not worth it. The company has shown no attempt to support those that actually suffer with poor mental health, even when the workload is the cause and the issue is raised multiple times in 121s. All you'll get is a referral to a login on a poster for an app that is impossible to navigate and will only make you more stressed.

Pros

Some lovely people used to be there which made a nice work environment. Gyms ok, canteens nice

Cons

The shift in the company over the last few years, particularly since covid was horrible. People are scared of the boss and sadly that's a bullying and intimidating atmosphere to work in.
