      Pros

      2 HMOs from day 1. Good team members.

      Cons

      Slow growth. Redundancy of work. Hard to speak, hard to be heard. They make so much profit from you. Late is charged per hour with late fee but they are very hesitant to pay overtime fee. Benefits are fair, but other BPOs are more generous.

      Cons

      That one leader who’s now leaving got mad at us when the employee survey scores are low. Lacks empathy and always shouts. Tone is always condescending. Glad that person is leaving.
