Sr Manager of Operations is evil and very manipulative. HR blindly supports and tolerates the evil management style of this Sr. Manager and her sidekicks. Very entitled and manipulative leaders esp in Ops, spreads rumors and spends too much time on people issues and factions. Very obsessive about and addicted to managing out people. HR just turns a blind eye.
