Our company culture is very startup-like, we need people who can take initiative and walk the path that is less beaten which is not always suitable for everyone. We strive to adapt to the needs of our clients and as they use our tool for innovation, sometimes it is hard for them to plan, too, we need to be as agile as possible and work in synergy with them.
