Pros

I started as an intern a few years ago. I was then given the opportunity to come on full time. In a few years, paid time off has increased for everyone by four weeks, for a total of six. Also, health insurance used to be covered at 50%. Now, health, dental, and vision are offered, covered at a 100% plus dependents! We have paid company-wide lunches on Fridays and yoga (most) Wednesdays. More perks include espresso machine, filtered water, open space, ergonomic desks, professional development reimbursement, sitting areas, comraderie, and a group of individuals dedicated to achieving something special. Intiva Health has a great product and an amazing vision. We have nearly tripled in growth since 2017, but we still need great team members with a positive, ownership influence to reach our goals. People don’t come here to be a cog in a wheel, they come here to effect change! To make a difference, and to grow professionally. If you are looking for a worthwhile challenge in your career with a HUGE (insert Bernie Sanders) financial upside, Intiva Health IS that place. An opportunity to be in on the ground level of a company that is on its way to bigger and better things is few and far between. If you have the experience and skillset to make an impact, by all means, come see what we are all about.

Cons

Workload is persistent but not unmanageable. Be prepared to ask for help. We have a startup mentality which isn’t for everyone. You have to just figure things out sometimes instead of reading it from a manual. Meeting rooms are limited, so it’s best to book them in advance.

Pros

The biggest pro of working at Intiva Health is the people that you get to work with. All of the employees at Intiva Health are so welcoming and friendly. The benefits and pay are also outstanding! You get 6 weeks of PTO, paid holidays, paid health insurance, 401(k), and an ESOP. The work itself is great and I feel encouraged and supported to make any suggestions that may improve my department or the company as a whole. All employees understand what the mission of the company is and it is nice that we are all working together to accomplish this.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons at this time.
