Pros
I work on Crypto, Unitity, Dot net and Benaka gambling. Good businesses expose also involve direct profit and loss decision. I get a lot of learning opportunity. Lot of free time and other companies are run senior by employees and management don't know.
Cons
Too much politics. Old people never let you come up. No employee benefit in salary. The structure is very old, and the new HR is very bad. Management is mad about photography and body building. There is no quality of CEO. They are building bad products without thinking. No one knows agile and good development process. Not good for freshers.
