Very bad stressful work culture - Human Resources IntiGrow Employee Review

I have been working at IntiGrow for the past few years, and I can genuinely say that it has been an incredible journey. This company is an absolute gem, and I'm thrilled to share my positive experience on Glassdoor. First and foremost, the work environment at IntiGrow is good. The team is filled with talented and passionate individuals who are not only experts in their fields but are also genuinely supportive and collaborative. IntiGrow also places a strong emphasis on professional development. There are ample opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. They offer training programs and mentorship, which have been instrumental in my personal and career growth. Workload Intensity: In certain departments, workloads can be demanding, and there may be occasional high-pressure periods to meet deadlines. While this is not unusual in the industry, it can be challenging for employees who are not accustomed to fast-paced environments. Remote Work Transition: While IntiGrow does offer remote work options, the transition to remote work during the pandemic brought some challenges for the company. It took some time to fully adapt to this new work model and maintain the same level of connectivity and collaboration as in the office.
