There are several freelancing consultants / recruiters associated with this Inthrall Consultancy. Over the period, some of the freelancers are attached with Inthrall out of loyalty, and because of the fabulous rewarding policy. What will happen to these loyal freelancers? They can not be absorbed into the system for obvious commercial reasons. If absorbed, this will hamper the system in many ways. We keep our fingers crossed.

Flexible work timings. Work-from-home option is just fantastic. The top brass is keen on trying out something new / different among the team.
