Pros
- Unique piece of technology that has serious potential to change the way malware analysis is conducted in modern SOC/IR teams - The people at Intezer are just great; you are dealing with smart people - Plenty of support for when its needed - Sales Engineers in EMEA probably the best I have ever worked with - Collaboration between departments in general is very good
Cons
- Sometimes it felt like directions weren't clear to where we're headed - Although the company made significant progress to focus on where the product is placed the best (Enterprise), it appears that it was not considered that Enterprise sales cycles are way longer and can sometimes strech months; a strategy to feed the Enterprise sales operations is badly needed - Although improvement requests were taken, some of them were rather slowly implemented
