If you're looking for lots of work hours in a part time job, there are often chances of working overtime.
Cons
The calls received at the call center are often very negative in nature so this job requires an incredible amount of patience. The call center is so busy in the summer that there is no time to recover after angry calls or take a break. Although the training is very thorough, it is impossible to train for a lot of the situations people call in about. Most agents would have to ask questions to management but management is always busy.
