Pros
Intex is a company that cares about it's employees from the temp employee all the way up to the President. Everyone is empowered, encouraged, and rewarded to think out of the box to help ensure the growth and future for everyone. It is a fairly large company with a small company feel.
Cons
The product is low-margin and very competitive business so while salaries and benefits are competitive, they may seem lacking to other industries.
