Pros
Overall had a good experience working here. They treat their employees fairly well. Benefits are alright and there is usually an annual bonus, although that may change now that they were bought out by a publicly traded company
Cons
No room for upward mobility. It's a very small company, so there just isn't anywhere to go. No significant raises and after time the job gets boring. There are a few, core people who have worked for the company for many years and they seem pretty content, but there is a pretty high turn around for everyone else.
