It's a nightmare! A very bad work/life balance, with overtime working often required but not paid. Moreover, if you clock in 4 minutes late in the morning, the salary of half hour is deducted by the payroll, even if you have worked for 10 hours the same day. The coffee machine is only for the management: the other employees cannot waste time drinking coffee or chatting. The senior management is arrogant and always make you feel at risk to be fired. Layoffs and mobbing are very frequent. It's a sort of hell on earth.
